“Last year, Mark, from Fast Fitness worked with our daughter, Dori Lansbach, who’s a senior at Traverse City Central High School. Dori is a 4 year Varsity basketball player and the reigning Big North Conference Player of the Year who signed in November to play D-1 basketball at the University of North Florida in Jacksonville. She is the first D-1 basketball player to come from Central since Chris Spencer in 2004. Mark was instrumental in helping Dori increase her speed, agility and vertical jump.
